Field Development Planning
Unlock Remaining Potential
Mature fields often hold significant remaining potential. Bypassed oil, under-drained compartments and underperforming wells leave recoverable hydrocarbons behind. TIGC helps operators find that potential and turn it into practical, low-risk production gains.

Service Overview
We start by understanding what the field is really doing. Integrated analysis of geological, reservoir, well and production data shows where the reservoir is being drained, where it is not, and why some wells underperform.
Opportunities are then ranked by cost, risk and incremental volume. Operators can act quickly on low-cost wins using existing wells and infrastructure, and plan larger infill or redevelopment projects with confidence.
You receive a ranked opportunity register with estimated incremental production, cost level and risk for each candidate. It comes with recommended next steps and data needs, and supporting simulation for larger projects.
What we deliver
- Field performance review
- Remaining-potential and bypassed-oil mapping
- Well diagnostics, including PLT and pressure analysis
- Workover, recompletion and stimulation candidates
- Artificial-lift improvements
- Water and gas management
- IOR/EOR screening and redevelopment planning
Production optimization is often the fastest way to add value to a producing asset. It draws on our reservoir engineering, petrophysics and field development expertise.
Why TIGC
Context Is Our Technical Advantage
We combine local understanding of geology, field history and operating realities with global specialist expertise.
Senior Teams, Every Stage
We assemble teams around the asset challenge rather than forcing every project through a standard delivery model.
- Deep regional knowledge
- Integrated disciplines
- Commercially focused advice
- Senior-level involvement
